Read moreThe Clearview road work continues. Before long, there will be a new road from the Clearview Cemetery to Grassy Lake Road. Also, the County will repair and blacktop streets in Clearview. The Town of Clearview received a grant to repair the gym roof and rafters. This will add years of life to the old gym for generations to come. The town is one of the fortunate ones to have a maintained historical school gym remaining in the Black towns. In addition, the town received a grant to repair and replace sections of the old school wall surrounding the school grounds. This wall was a WPA project constructed in the 1930s.
