Connor Clayton was named Homecoming King and he crowned Braelyn Blasengame Homecoming Queen. Other members of the homecoming court were Travis Grinnell, Addison Dalton, Taloa Ott, and Noah Rosenow. Flower girl was Kimber Carlton and Crownbearer was Logan Brown.

Read moreThe Oklahoma African American Educators Hall of Fame, Inc. nominating committee is now accepting nominations for the 2022 class of inductees to the OAAE Hall of Fame, Inc. The OAAE Hall of Fame recognizes and honors significant contributions made by African American educators or support personnel in the State of Oklahoma. President Dr. Donnie L. Nero Sr. asks that individuals, specifically those who taught or served during the early Statehood era be considered for this honor. It is imperative that those individuals are recognized for their service. Nominees to the Oklahoma African American Educators Hall of Fame, Inc. must reside or have resided in Oklahoma during his/her career in education. They must have worked as an administrator or teacher in Oklahoma at the elementary, middle, secondary, or college level; or may have worked in the capacity as support personnel for a minimum of five (5) years. They must have contributed to and influenced the education and lives of the students. In addition, they shall have been distinguished professionally in the field of education.
