Wallace Lewis Johnson Jr. passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at St Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 62.

Also, numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents two sisters and two brothers. Modean died on Friday, August 19, 2022 in the home. She passed 30 years to the day of her late husband, John R Ferren.
