Claudia Jane “CJ” Olivo was born on January 12, 1951, in Holdenville, Okla homa to Marvin “Snooks” Sherrill Olivo, Jr. and Alice Marie (Hendrix) Olivo.

She went to her eternal home in Heaven on November 4, 2025,

surrounded by her loving family. CJ was born, raised and lived most of her life in Holdenville. She graduated from Moss High School and from East Central University with a bachelor’s degree in education. Children were the love of her life, especially her nieces and nephews.

CJ was a preschool teacher, and a member of the East Main Church of Christ. She loved spending time with family, teaching, animals, cheering on her Oklahoma Sooners (especially football), and old movies.

CJ was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her mother, Alice, of the home; two siblings: sister Gail (Steve) Prince of Colorado Springs, Colorado and brother Scott (Tonya) Olivo of Holdenville; seven nieces and nephews: Shannon (Chuck) Morgan of Shawnee, Russell (Mary) Prince of Lithia, Florida, Stacee (Joe) Rosenberg of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Jace (Kerri) Prince of Edmond, Ashley (Jimmy) Morrow of Dickson, Whitney (Nick) Clifford of Washington, and Michael (Kacey) Olivo of Holdenville; 17 great-nieces and nephews: Myka (Keanon) Giles, Jaret (Abigail Miller) Sherrin, Emily Sherrin, Mackenzie, Colby and Alexis Prince, Shelbi and Jacee Rosenberg, Easton and Brexton Prince, London Olivo, Ella, Anna, Sophie and Michael Clifford, Claire and Saige Olivo; four great-great nieces and nephews: Shooter, Riot, Briar and Karsyn Giles. CJ will be loved and remembered by many other family and friends.

Viewing was held 1-7 P.M. on Saturday, November 8 and 1-5 P.M. on Sunday, Novem - ber 9 at Hudson-Phillips Fu neral Home in Holdenville.

Funeral services were held Monday, November 10, 2025, at 10 A.M. at East Main Church of Christ with Pastors Kevin Wright and Casey LaValley officiating.

Pallbearers were Jace Prince, Jaret Sherrin, Michael Olivo, Chuck Morgan, Jimmy Morrow, Nick Clifford, Keanon and Shooter Giles. Honorary pallbearers were Russell Prince and Joe Rosenberg.

Interment was held at Holdenville Cemetery.
