The Town of Clearview has applied for a new Main Street Road and Main Street bridge. Mayor Marilyn Jackson and Trustee Donnie Nero met with Community Planning and Development Specialist Rural Development USDA of Atoka, Brent Coleman, Inspector/ Utility Coordinator Department of Transportation/ Federal Roads of the Muscogee Nation, and David Ford, Federal Roads Manager Department of Transportation’ Federal Roads of the Muscogee uuuu uuu assistance to the town to complete the road project.

Work continues with the old school grounds parking lot. The town is looking forward to completion. Please continue your prayers for those on our sick list. Ted Jackson is undergoing more test and will begin a different treatment with his illness. Taft Forshee is recovering form leg surgery. Naomi J. House, age 87, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023. Naomi was born in Sasakwa, Oklahoma on April 15, 1936 to Leonard Epperley Sr. and Dovie (Moody) Epperley. Naomi spoke of her “raising” being at Little River.
