Alan Wade Hardwick

Alan Wade Hardwick passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at his home in Lamar, Oklahoma at the age of 60.

Alan was born May 6, 1962 in Oakland, California to Emery Doyle Hardwick and Shirley (Yarberry) Hardwick.

He graduated from Moss Public School. Alan was a Pipeliner in the oilfield construction field. He loved spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed helping others, camping and fishing. He will be remembered by his big heart and his big smile.

Alan is preceded in death by his father Emery Hardwick.

He is survived by his mother, Shirley Hardwick of Holdenville; two brothers, Ronald Hardwick of Lamar and Vernon Hardwick and wife Esther of Holdenville; two sisters, Donitta Lawson of Shawnee, and Robin Bethune and husband Steve of Charlotte, North Carolina; ex-wife Cheryl Buck Hardwick of Holdenville; three step-daughters, Sarah Arredondo of Checotah, Tarah Arredondo of Meeker, and Tatum Lee of Holdenville; six step-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be 1:00 P.M., Saturday, September 17th, at Harvest Time Church with Pastor Jimmie Freeman officiating.

Services are under the direction of Hudson- Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
