Service Held for Debra “Debbie” Davis

Funeral services for Debra “Debbie” Davis were held Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Wetumka, Oklahoma. Interment followed at the Basquez Family Cemetery of Wetumka.
Debra Estell Davis, known as Debbie, was born May 30, 1958, in Wewoka, Oklahoma to Leon and Helen “Jean” (Poston) Davis. She passed away Thursday, August 7, 2025, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 67.
Debbie was a resident of Wetumka and was a retired department manager for Walmart after 25 years of employment. She loved word crosses, running the snow cone stand and especially shopping on Temu. More than anything else, she loved her family, kids and grandkids who will miss her dearly.
She is preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Linda George; one daughter, Staci Gore and two grandsons, Kaden Johnson and Titan Gore.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Basquez of Wetumka; one son, Sean Gore of Holdenville; one daughter, Keri Johnson of Sasakwa; one brother, David Davis and wife Mary Alice of Wewoka; one sister, Debbie Smith “Little Deb” of Wewoka; 10 grandchildren, Makala Pevehouse, Piper Gore, Easton Gore, Brooklyn Ellis, Landon Kemp, Maidson Ellis, Allison Gore, Coastin, Henry Basquez and Mason Basquez; two great-grandchildren, Scottie Pevehouse and Wrenlee Scarberry and sister in law, caregiver and best friend, Martha Basquez.
Serving as pallbearers were Rick Griggs, Todd Renfro, Sean Gore, John Ellis, Jack Pevehouse and Tyler Carona.
Services were under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home Wetumka, Oklahoma and officiated by Pastor Dewayne Davis.
