Amanda loved camping, fishing and being outdoors. She had recently taken up reading. She enjoyed the book “A Purpose Driven Life” by Rick Warren and another book given to her by her cousin, Heather Berry. Title unknown because each time she was asked what she was reading she would only smile.
Amanda was a generous, forgiving, kindhearted person and always tried to help those around her. She dragged in every stray she found regardless of the number of legs it possessed. She was the friend in the movie “The Town” whose only question for help was “whose car we taking”. She dedicated her life to helping others to a fault. She was adventurous, funny and often quirky. Above all she loved the Lord and talked to him often. If asked if her spiritual life was in order her reply was, I’ve been redeemed.”
