Service Saturday for Dee Ann Bishop

Dee Ann Bishop passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2019, at Heritage Village Nursing Home in Holdenville, Oklahoma at the age of 81.

Dee Ann was born July 5, 1937 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Clarence Haney Winningham and Bonita Nichols Winningham.  Dee Ann graduated from Holdenville public schools in 1955.  She married Billy Dean Bishop September 27, 1955.  Dee Ann was a bookkeeper for First National Bank and then did payroll for Walmart before she retired.  She enjoyed dancing, doing crafts and her grandchildren.

Dee Ann is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Barbie Hoover, and brother Joe D. Winningham.  

She is survived by her daughter Debbie Meade and her husband Frank of Wetumka; son-in-law Jerry Hoover of Holdenville; son Willy Bishop of Oklahoma City; grandchildren Amanda Meade Payne, Wayne Meade and wife Heather, Hunter Hoover and wife Ashley, and Hannah Hoover; great-grandchildren Parker Payne, Elliot Payne, Brynley Meade, Bretton Meade, Weston Hoover and Wyatt Hoover; sister Sherry Kibby and husband Dale Russey; brothers Mike Winningham and wife Kay Lynn, Steve Winningham and wife Shirley, and Tommy Winningham and wife Ling.

Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Saturday, April 27th , at the Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home in Holdenville with Tommy Winningham officiating and Bill Robinson assisting.

Interment will follow at Holdenville Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Holdenville, Oklahoma.
