Mr. Darnell Forshee

August 28, 1937 – December 28, 2025

Darnell Forshee was born in Okfuskee County to Taft and Lula Forshee, both of whom have preceded him in death.

He was one of several siblings: his brothers David, Lawrence, Earl, and Austin have also passed on, while Taft remains;

his sisters Barbrie Jo Hopkins and Barbrie Jean Burns continue to carry forward the family legacy. Darnell was the proud father of Darrell (deceased), Keith, Larry (deceased), and Renina. His love and guidance created a lasting bond with his family, including 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, whose lives are a testament to his enduring influence. Darnell was a graduate of Clearview High School and enjoyed a fulfilling

career with OCURA until his retirement. His life was marked by dedication, warmth, and a deep commitment to his loved ones and community.
