D’Andra Mitchell

October 16, 1980 — November 24, 2025
D’Andra was born to Sandra Jackson-Oliver and Alvin Mitchell in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She accepted Christ at an early age in the Baptist faith and was baptized o May 21, 2025 into Holy Temple Church of God in Christ.
D’Andra was known for her big, beautiful smile, her helpful nature, and her fierce heart for defending the defenseless.
She was preceded in death by her father, Alin Mitchell; her stepfather, Elder Theodore F Oliver; her brother, D’Nar M. Jones; her grandmother, Bellzora Jackson; her aunt Delores Pryor; and her uncles Credell Jackson and Teddy Jackson.
D’Andra leaves behind to cherish her memory, her mother Sandra Jackson-Oliver, her son D’Narian Blessing Zeigler, three sisters Jolonda Jones, Kiila Patterson, and Latosha Green, and one brother Solomon Broadus. D’Sandra was blessed with her cousin, Katara Eason, who was her sister in love and life. She adopted into her heart and family as her sister Shwanda Jefferson. Also, two aunts Gracie J. Hicks and Dorothy L. Hutcherson, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives ad friends. A special mention goes to her dear friend DeLouie Pollard, she honored D’Andra by naming her daughter in her namesake.
D’Andra’s radiant smile, her dep love for children, and her compassion for the elderly will truly be missed. She has come forth as pure gold.
Funeral services were held Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Faith Memorial Baptist Church in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with Elder Rodney L. Rollerson of Holy Temple Church of God in Christ delivering the Eulogy. Funeral services were under the direction of HowardHarris Funeral Servies of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
