Beverly Anice Horton

Beverly Anice Horton passed away Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025 at St.

Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 77.

Beverly was born June 6th, 1948 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Calvin Leroy Howarth and Wanda Larue (Nicar) Howarth. Beverly graduated from Holdenville High School and after high school she attended East Central University in Ada.

Beverly worked at Seamprufe, Edna Looney’s, KWSH Radio in Wewoka, Wewoka Elementary School, then Seminole & Cleveland County Clerk’s office and finished her working career at Walmart.

She enjoyed gardening, her dogs, feeding birds & squirrels and OU Football.

Beverly loved spending time with her grandkids, family, swimming, fishing and camping.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Calvin and Wanda Howarth, son Brad Horton, and many of her beloved pets. She is survived by her daughter Heather Duvall and husband Matt of Tulsa, grandchildren; Tyler Horton, Hunter Horton, Bryson Horton, Madeline Duvall, Maren Duvall, 3 great grandchildren, brother James Howarth and wife Mary Jane of Tulsa.

Pallbearers are Matt Duvall, Kevin Howarth, Tyler Horton, Hunter Horton, Ray Sanderson, Andy Crockett, and Bryson Horton. Honorary pallbearer is James Howarth.

Family will greet guests from 1pm to 5pm, Sunday, December 28, 2025.

Viewing was held from 1pm to 5pm, Sunday, December 28th and 9am to 7pm, Monday, December 29th at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home.

Funeral service was held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at Hudson Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Holdenville with Pastor James Poulain officiating.

Interment followed at Holdenville Cemetery.

Services were under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
