Participants were instructed in the art of Mandala Rock Painting by HSPS member and artist, Laura Calvery. Participants learned about the tools and supplies that had been provided to complete the class and what would be needed in the future to further explore the art at home and in future classes. Supplies such as dotting tools, stencils, mediums for preparation of a wood piece for practice, or a rock were discussed by the accomplished instructor. Other supplies such as paints and sealers were discussed and demonstrated.
