Members of Okfuskee County gathered on Monday evening in Clearview at the Clearview Main Street Community building to discuss the organization of the Democratic Party. Theo Crawley and Jeremy Cole facilitated the meeting. Jeremy Cole was elected as chair, and Donnie Nero was elected as co-chair. The group made plans and decided to reconvene in Clearview on April 10th at 6:00 p.m. Anyone interested is welcome to attend.

The Clearview Brown Suggas Club of OHCE promotes health and exercise through their wellness program of the OHCE initiative. In March, the club is participating in Yoga classes and daily 30-minute walks at 1:00 p.m. at the Thlopthlocco Tribal Town gym. They have previously taken self-defense classes and plan to join future offerings. Those participating are left to right: Marilyn Jackson, Ethelene Scott, Elayne Evans, Shirley Nero, Edith Harjo, and Helen Bush.
