Read moreOn April 25 the Wetumka Hyechka Music Club hosted Lisa Peel’s 15 Annual Piano Recital. It was held at the First Methodist Church in Wetumka. Over 50 guests, family members and friends enjoyed the musicians as they introduced themselves and performed their piano selections. Everyone enjoyed cookies and punch provided by the members of the Music Club. Those performing were Chelsey Slater, JC Slater, Ellie Truitt, Abby Mouser, John Truitt, Cayni Crump, Mattison Griffin, Bevin Mathis, Rowdy Griffin, Layla Oliver, Legend Kincade, Saige Glover, and Ember Bachus. Joy Johnson is also a student of Mrs. Peel’s but did not perform.
