Read moreThe old Abe Lincoln Trading Company building, now owned by the Marks family, is being nominated to be added to the National Register of Historic Places and the Oklahoma State Register of Historic Places. The National Register is at the Federal government's official listing of historic properties worth of preservation. Listing in the National Register provides recognition and assists in preserving the nation’s heritage. The building is located on Main Street in Clearview and is a tourist attraction and appears in many photo shoots. The building has been in Clearview since the establishment of the town in 1903 and served as the trading company for the sale of real-estate in the area.
